Cocktail Reception

The cocktail reception will be primarily a meet and greet format. No formal structure.
Breakaway / Stakeholder Dinners
DATE: Monday the 10th and Tuesday the 11th of November 2014
TIME: 19:00 - 22:00
The breakaway / stakeholder dinners are options for groups of participants to consider. At this stage, the conference budget does not cover the costs of those events. Upon request, the LOCC will assist the organisers of the events in making reservations at the relevant restaurants, which include, for instance:
1. Ginger;
2. Squires;
3. the Klipings;
4. Blue Waters Cafe;
5. Angelos; and
6. the Beach Hotel; all within walking distance of the conference venue.
Gala dinner
DATE: Wednesday the 12th of November 2014
VENUE: The Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium
TIME: 18:30-23:00
The event will commence with the donation of a ship engine by Wartsila to the South African International Maritime Institute (SAIMI), followed by a cocktail and the dinner, with entertainment from the very best of the local talent. Transport will be available between the Boardwalk and the Stadium.
